Important Deadlines
Registration
- Online Registration will start early October
- Online Registration will be possible until March 23, 2023.
On site registration will be possible as long as we have not reached our limit. Please contact the organizers in advance!
Please note that presenting authors of contributions must register online 2 weeks after receiving the confirmation of acceptance! - Payment must be received 2 weeks after your registration at the latest, otherwise your registration will be cancelled
- For cancellation before March 1, 2023 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after March 1, 2023 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
Abstracts
- Online submission of abstracts will start early October
- Submission of abstracts will be possible until
December 5, 2022 for oral presentations extended to December 9, 2022
January 4, 2023 for poster presentations extended to January 10, 2023 - Notification of acceptance will be sent out until
end of December for oral presentations

Conference
The conference starts on Tuesday by 6pm with the registration and mounting of posters, and ends on Friday noon with the closing ceremony.
