All payments for the congress must be made in Euro. In accordance to §4 No. 22a UStG no VAT applies.

Payment can be made

• by bank transfer (free of charges for the recipient) to the conference bank account
• by credit card. Using this method an additional transaction fee of 3.0% of the total costs will be charged.

For cancellation before March 1, 2023 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after March 1, 2023 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
